2. Property Information & Disclaimers

All property descriptions, prices, availability, and photographs are sourced directly from verified partner agencies, property managers, and property databases. While we utilize automated status verification and AI curation to maintain accurate data, final rental terms, deposit requirements, and booking agreements are concluded directly with the respective property manager or landlord.

3. Role as an Information Aggregator

IslandNest operates as an independent discovery and concierge aggregator. IslandNest is not a direct party to lease contracts between tenants and property managers and assumes no liability for disputes, damages, or property condition discrepancies arising from lease executions.

4. Intellectual Property

The brand name IslandNest, design elements, logos, and proprietary curation software are the property of IslandNest. Property imagery remains the copyright of the respective property owners and partner agencies.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
